JUANAS covers the life story of Juana Rouco Buela and her fight for woman's rights. With active participation in the Tenants Strikes of 1907 and the Vasena Workshops in 1919 in Argentina, she was deported several times developing her militancy also in Brazil and Uruguay. Founder of the first anarchist newspaper entirely made by women. She fought in her double status as exploited inside and outside her militancy scope, in the same struggle that today regroups us in the streets.
